In addition to our normal delivery and return policies we like to help you out where possible when it comes to Christmas. Please do get in contact with us if you are unsure, we are always happy to help.
Returns:
Over the period of Christmas we will extend our return policy up to 60 days. The Christmas period of 60 days can start from 10th November onwards until the 24th December. Purchases made after this time will have a standard return policy of 30 days, this however does not include any items that are 'online exclusive' or ordered as a 'pre-order'.
Delivery :
Allow plenty of time for delivery. Please order in good time for Christmas, particularly for International deliveries. Ongoing Covid restrictions, reduced air and freight capacity, high volumes and winter weather conditions are all impacting transportation and local delivery across the globe. We are unable to guarantee delivery before Christmas with our free delivery option after 13/12/22 to the UK. We ask that if you need your order to arrive before Christmas you get in contact before placing your order to check delivery times. 01202 700503.
