The paddles are suitable for stand up paddlers of any height with the shafts maximum length of 220cm. All paddles are supplied without the handle fitted: the shaft can therefore be cut down to the right length before the handle is inserted and glued to the shaft tip. A good rule of thumb for finding the ideal paddle length: have the shaft length equal to the distance from your toes to your eyes.
