ASAP- AS STRONG AS POSSIBLE, SOFT RAIL & HARD BOTTOM

  • Impact resistant high-density thermorformed EVA foam wraps the full rails.
  • 20kg/m3 fused, precision molded cell core for extra strength and water resistance.
  • Extra glass reinforcements in the standing area for impact resistance.
  • Multiple layers of high grade fiberglass are wetted out in resin.
  • A standing area of 0.6mm Australian Pine is added for extra deck impact resistance and rigidity.
  • New IQ handle for best grip and all inserts have added reinforcement.
  • 50% recycled EVA deck pads from post industrial waste, increasing UV protection & reducing petroluem by 50%.
  • 33% less paint sprayed on the bottom of the board

LITE TECH - WOOD STANDING AREA, PRECISION MOLDED &  EXTRA STRONG

  • A 15kg/m3 precision molded fused cell core replicates the exact shape, offering:
  • extra core strength, impressive water repulsion and an extra hard and strong outer foam surface.
  • Extra rigidity with introduction of unidirectional stinger bands and solid with added rail / nose reinforcements.
  • The Australian pine standing area for extra deck impact resistance in the most critical area.
  • The fin boxes are molded with extra strong Akulon Eco, made from up cycled fishing, then wrapped in high density foam and sandwiched in over 1000 grams of glass reinforcements-
  • All inserts have added high density foam reinforcements, we have had zero insert issues over the last 12 years of SUP manufacturing.
  • ¾ deck pads with crocodile skin texture made with 50% recycled EVA from post industrial waste, adding higher UV resistance.
  • IQ handle for easy carrying, made from recycled ABS.

STARLITE - STRONGER PARABOLIC CARBON INNEGRA RAILS, UNI-DIRECTIONAL CARBON STRINGERS, EXTRA STRONG AND SCRATCH-PROOF RAILS

  • No more paint! Starlite now uses a custom engineered water-based dye and resin swirl optic to eliminate using paint, reduces paint chips and provides a custom look for each board.
  • A 15kg/m3 precision molded fused cell core replicates the exact shape, offers high strength at the lightest weight.
  • Higher density carbon innegra with impregnated paint pigment wraps the entire rails for maximum impact resistance and hull strength.
  • A combination of different fiberglass densities wrap the entire hull for high strength and durability.
  • A standing area of 0.6mm Australian Pine is added for extra deck impact resistance and rigidity.
  • Uni-directional carbon rail stringers and glass reinforcements for added strength (Boards below 10ft).

PINE TEK - NATURAL UNI-DIRECTIONAL FLAX FIBER RAILS, FULL PINE WOOD DECK, EXTRA IMPACT RESISTANCE AND RIGIDITY , UNIDIRECTIONAL GLASS RAIL STRINGERS, IMPROVED HULL STRENGTH AND PROTECTS AGAINST TOTAL BREAKAGE

  • 100% PEFC certified and sustainably sourced Australian Pine.
  • Natural European uni-directional flax fiber wraps the entire rails for maximum hull strength against total breakage.
  • A 15kg/m3 precision molded fused cell core replicates the exact shape, offers high strength at the lightest weight
  • A high density 500kg/m3 Pine veneer of lightweight 0.6mm Biaxial Pine forms an outer layer on the entire deck for extra impact resistance, rigidity and improved overall hull integrity.
  • Uni-directional glass rail stringers and glass reinforcements for added strength against snapping (Boards below 10ft).
  • Extra reinforcements are placed around all inserts.
  • 50% recycled EVA deck pads from post industrial waste, increasing UV protection & reducing petroluem by 50%.
  • 33% less paint sprayed on the bottom for Touring models.
  • Water based dye sprayed on bottom of Surf models.

BLUE CARBON - LIGHTEST WEIGHT, QUICKEST RESPONSE & STRONGEST BUILD

  • High density RPET Foam made from 100% recycled plastic bottles wraps the entire deck and rails for high impact strength and overall breakage.
  • High density End Grain Balsa sustainable sourced from Ecuador covers the full bottom for incredible impact resistance and fatigue strength.
  • Natural uni-directional flax sourced from Europe wraps the full rails. Having the fibres aligned in one direction stiffens the board and prevents total breakage. Flax fibre reduces 90% of energy consumption compared to fibreglass and is bio-degradable.
  • A 15kg/m3 precision moulded fused cell core replicates the exact shape, offers high strength at the lightest weight. Our moulded technology has 0% waste EPS.
  • High-grade lightweight S-Glass wraps the full deck and bottom. S-Glass is generally 60% better than carbon and over twice as strong as conventional glass. It also has a lower resin uptake resulting in lighter weight.
  • Ultra lightweight and stiff uni-directional Carbon is positioned on the rail from the mid point to the nose for extra strength against total breakage.
  • Multiple reinforcements in the standing area, nose and tail increase impact resistance.
  • The sensational lightweight increases carving ability and acceleration.
  • Natural water-based dye is used on the deck and bottom, reducing harmful toxins & paint chips.

Blue Carbon is a result of our vision to push the boundaries in developing high performance eco-friendly boards using both recycled and natural materials.

Blue Carbon Technology introduces a fully recycled deck & rail made from 100% post consumer PET plastic bottles, natural End Grain Balsa wood bottom, and UD Flax fibre on the full rails.

Blue Carbon prevents plastic bottles entering our oceans and littering our landfills. The environmental benefits of using Recycled PET foam outperform any other composite foam core in the market. RPET has a significantly lower carbon footprint; the C02 emission of recycled PET is 33% less than virgin PET and 56% less than PVC foam.
