The Psychofreak is the warmest suit from O'Neill that money can buy. Technobutter 3 Air neoprene is the most advanced neoprene available on the market. It is 20% lighter, and absorbs 30% less water, with quick dry properties, which all combines to produce a suit that works harder for you. The Psychofreak is constructed with O'Neill's Superseam Stitchless technology by a Double Superseam weld that is now a narrower silicone-based urethane seal applied to both sides of a triple-glued seam, which is 60% thinner and lighter than previously. Then finished with Super Seal Cuffs that are fused to create a low profile for the ultimate seal.

      Damage in Transit

      After leaving the shop all goods are insured by our forwarder against damage, if you do receive damaged goods, please retain all relevant documentation so that an insurance claim can be made against the forwarders insurers. If you receive a battered parcel, note the fact on the delivery note, even before you open the package to examine the contents. If you are unable to open and inspect a package in the presence of the forwarder, make sure that you sign for it as " Unable to inspect goods on delivery” or “damaged” to warn the forwarder that a claim may be forthcoming. For goods with a value over £200 we require that any damages are noted on the delivery note at the time of delivery, all other damage claims must be reported to us within 2 days of taking delivery.
