The X-Winger is built for riders who demand speed, control, and flow in every session. Longer and narrower than its predecessors, it delivers smooth handling, efficient glide, and an agile, responsive feel. The long hull and flat nose rocker accelerate quickly and make early passive take-offs effortless. Clearly defined rail tuck line transfer lift into buoyancy, ensuring smooth, efficient touchdowns without losing speed. Also helping on touchdowns is the pulled-in nose outline that at the same time reduces the swing weight and improves the airflow. Despite the low volume of the pulled-in nose outline, there is enough thickness in this area. Still, the narrow nose results in a light feel and a agile ride. A slightly concave standing area keeps you connected to the foil for maximum control.
In flight, the extra tail rocker raises the nose resulting in a better flight position of the board. This creates more clearance when flying so you can push harder on the foil when going upwind without a concern that the board might catch some chop. On top of that it creates more pop for jumps and provides a more comfortable stance. Unique tail cut-outs improve pumping efficiency, reduce drag on touchdowns, and allow tighter turns without the tail catching.
The construction matches the performance: long track boxes are embedded in PU blocks running from deck to bottom, creating an extremely stable foil connection and a wide tuning range. The PRO boards come with full high density PVC sandwich, deck and bottom offering an unmatched ratio of stiffness and low weight in connection with the Innegra rail reinforcement.
The updated track system makes foil setup faster and easier than ever. Large openings let you drop the plate nuts directly into the tracks, slide them into place, and tighten. Removing the foil is just as simple – loosen, slide back, and lift off. All boards come equipped with four standard plate nuts for perfect fit, load distribution, and secure thread engagement. The mirrored positioning scale on the deck EVA pad allowing you to know exactly where your foil is placed in relation to your back foot position while the fine corduroy pad ensures grip and comfort.
