Beginner: Rider weight (kg) -15L to -30L Added paddle power, stability, and easy take off
Intermediate: Rider weight (kg) – 30 to -35L Balance of maneuverability and performance
Advanced: Rider weight (kg) -35L to -55L Highest performance feel
Parawing / Wing Foil.
Beginner: Rider weight (kg) +30L to +40L Added stability, more float, and easy take off
Intermediate: Rider weight (kg) + 0 to +20L Balance of maneuverability and performance
Advanced: Rider weight (kg) – 20 to +10L Highest performance feel & least swing weight
Sup Foiling.
Beginner: Rider weight (kg) +40L Added stability, more float, and easy take off
Intermediate: Rider weight (kg) +30L to +35L Balance of manuverability and performance

So the t-grip is fits the palm really well, the shaft has a lovely feel, just grippy enough, and the blade has lots of control through the water. It feels great at high or low cadence. Really happy with the purchase.
