Built for pure slalom performance, the iSONIC delivers exceptional acceleration, control, and top-end speed. For 2027, targeted cutaway refinements on the iSONIC 60 and 77 further reduce drag and improve fin control, enhancing average speed and confidence at maximum performance. 

 

KEY FEATURES - 

> Revised cutaways for the 60 - updated cutaways reduce wet surface around the fin, creating a more slippery ride with higher average speed closer to top speed and easier fin lift control.

> New cutaways for the 77 - inspired by the 2026 iSONIC 73, refined cutaways deliver explosive acceleration, excellent fin lift control, and outstanding average and top-end speed.

> Double step cutaways - refined step geometry promotes clean water release, increasing fin lift and efficiency while maintaining control at very high speeds.

> Triangle stabiliser - the triangle stabiliser improves fin control and board stability, especially in gusty conditions, allowing riders to push harder with confidence. 

> Speed-focused stance - optimised rear strap positioning reduces drag and supports controlled fin lift, improving top speed stability and overall slalom performance. 

> Flat vee to double concave bottom - the bottom shape balances early acceleration, control, and stability, delivery efficient speed across a wide range of slalom conditions. 

> Extra volume midsection - added volume through the midsection improves early planing, supports sustained momentum, and enhances stability under powerful sails.

> Mast track adjustment range - a refined mast track position allows precise tuning for different sail sizes, improving trim, acceleration and control.

 

CONSTRUCTIONS

CARBON REFLEX SANDWICH
The lightest and most reactive iSONIC construction, developed for maximum race performance.

Built around a fused EPS core, the Carbon Reflex Sandwich uses ultra-high density PVC in the standing area combined with full carbon laminates. The reflex carbon layup is tuned to return energy instantly under load, delivering explosive acceleration, precise fin lift control, and uncompromised stiffness at top speed. This construction is designed for riders who want the fastestACING race response, minimal flex loss, and absolute efficiency in slalom conditions.

 

WOOD CARBON SANDWICH
A performance-oriented construction balancing speed, control, and comfort over long sessions.

The Wood Carbon Sandwich combines carbon laminates with a wood sandwich layer in the standing area, working together with high-density PVC and glass reinforcements. This creates a smoother, more dampened ride while maintaining strong torsional rigidity and reliable fin drive. Compared to Carbon Reflex, the flex is more progressive, offering increased comfort, improved control in chop, and greater forgiveness during extended or demanding slalom races.

Ordered over the phone. Staff are great and friendly as you'd expect from a family run business with great knowledge of products. Board arrived within two days. Had a slight mix from their suppliers which was no fault of the shop, but the staff responded straight away and have gone above and beyond to resolve the issue quickly and fairly leaving us both happy.
