Stand up paddleboarding (SUP) is one of the fastest-growing water sports. Find out why with us!
Stand Up Paddleboarding can be enjoyed by anyone and everyone. SUP can be anything from a serene and peaceful paddle on flat water (a great form of gentle exercise), an exciting and physically demanding board in the waves or races, or even a great toy for all the family in the summer. Explore quiet waters with exclusive water-side views.
Within an hour of one of our stand up paddleboard lessons, you will already have learnt a new sport and be able to then go out and practice anywhere after learning the basic skills, tricks and safety procedures of paddling with all water/wind conditions. Gain the essential skills in standing up (and staying up), paddle techniques, turning and steering, and core water knowledge to go out safely and confidently after your hour lesson, all in the safe shallows of Poole Harbour.
Our relaxed SUP tours of Poole Harbour use the quieter waterways to explore the harbour's normally inaccessible shores. Enjoy the most beautiful views, visit wildlife reserves, and land on uninhabited islands. We supply all the equipment needed and an experienced guide, but if you have your own, please feel free to bring it along. Stand Up Paddleboarding requires no experience, and the 2-hour tours can include regular breaks if needed.
Our school is open generally in the summer season, April to October each year.
Anyone under the age of 18 must be accommpanied by their parent or legal guardian.
