Had a slight mix from their suppliers which was no fault of the shop, but the staff responded straight away and have gone above and beyond to resolve the issue quickly and fairly leaving us both happy. Practical and comfortable - even with a large head. Forehead padding much improved from previous version. Like the extra ear protection this helmet gives. Once helmet is on I don’t notice it - even ducking through a wave.

Said they would deliver within a week and did exactly this. A bit weird as the gear came from germany so all tracking info in german, but not a big deal (import duty were paid already btw).
