The 2027 Unit builds on its benchmark all-round performance with refined handling, improved efficiency, and an even more intuitive riding feel across all conditions.
A shorter strut design creates a more compact wing with reduced swing weight, enhancing maneuverability and delivering a lighter, more direct feel in your hands. This refined geometry also improves control through gusts and lulls, resulting in smoother and more predictable power delivery.
Further refinements to the profile distribution—with reduced depth in the center and increased profile towards the quarter span—result in more efficient power generation and improved stability while flagging. Combined with fine-tuned canopy tension and optimized tip twist, the Unit delivers cleaner aerodynamics, better draft stability, and a more direct response.
The updated window layout offers improved visibility, helping you stay aware of your surroundings without compromising canopy performance.
Equipped with the versatile Fusion boom and handle option, riders can choose their preferred setup. The MOD3s canopy, now used in a higher percentage, enhances durability and maintains consistent performance over time. A stiff and wide leading-edge handle ensures effortless control while surfing, and molded mini batten pockets contribute to canopy stability and longevity.

Ordered over the phone. Staff are great and friendly as you'd expect from a family run business with great knowledge of products. Board arrived within two days. Had a slight mix from their suppliers which was no fault of the shop, but the staff responded straight away and have gone above and beyond to resolve the issue quickly and fairly leaving us both happy. Quality product and service. I will definitely be using them again and would recommend this shop to others.

Practical and comfortable - even with a large head. Forehead padding much improved from previous version. Like the extra ear protection this helmet gives. Once helmet is on I don’t notice it - even ducking through a wave.
