As a buyer you are protected by the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations and therefore have the right to return any item (excluding custom-made item & non-stock special orders) purchased on for a full refund.

So if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can simply return the item or items to us within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a refund, or exchange the item for a different size / colour if preferred (subject to availability).

Please note:

  • Goods returned must be in their original packaging* and in unused condition. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods (we will not be liable for any loss or damage to any returned items in transit and products remain your responsibility and property until we receive them
  • Items should be returned at customer's expense to the original point of dispatch, on request this can be arranged by us.
  • The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to our point of dispatch, unless sent via special delivery.

Vouchers/School bookings 

  • Poole harbour watersports are not responsible for weather and have no control over it. We make every effort to provide alternative activities and dates. This is subject to availability. Refunds are not given due to weather conditions. We reserves the right to cancel, postpone or curtail any activity due to adverse weather conditions or any other grounds which calls into question the safety of any participants.
  • Vouchers cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed.
  • We cannot offer a refund on any vouchers purchased or expired. 

  • Vouchers cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash or other denominated vouchers.


Upon delivery please check all items have not been damaged in transit before you sign for them. If any damage is visible, please ensure you sign as "Damaged" and you are with your rights to refuse and ask that they are returned to the sender. If you cannot thoroughly check the goods please sign for as ‘unchecked’. It is your duty to inspect and confirm that the goods are in good condition before signing. If the goods are damaged and not signed for as such, Poole Harbour Watersports cannot accept any liability and the item will not be replaced or reimbursed.


The refund for the purchase** will be arranged within 30 days after receipt.
